FISHERSVILLE, Va. (WHSV) - Augusta Health hopes to help people at a higher risk of diabetes find the lifestyle changes needed to avoid the chronic disease. According to the Centers for Disease Control, 11.6% of the U.S. population reported having diabetes in 2021. Diabetes is a chronic condition that never goes away when someone develops it.
