Man arrested for burglarizing 7 Virginia churches
FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A man is being charged for burglarizing multiple places of worship throughout Fairfax County. Over the span of four months, Steven Hildner broke into and burglarized at least seven churches throughout Virginia, according to police. The burglaries began on April 11 and continued through Aug. 12.
Trump campaign office burglarized in Virginia: suspect with criminal history identified
LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. - A burglar who was caught on camera inside the Trump for President campaign office in Virginia has been identified as 39-year-old Toby Shane Kessler. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office recently announced it has issued an arrest warrant for Kessler in connection with the break-in. The office, located in the 20000 block of Ashbrook Place in Ashburn, also serves as the headquarters for the Virginia 10th District Republican Committee.
VDH lifts Boil Water Advisory for Town of Stanley
STANLEY, Va. (WHSV) - The Virginia Department of Health lifted its Boil Water Advisory for the Town of Stanley on Monday. The notice had been in effect for the town’s water supply since Aug. 8 after some routine water samples taken around the town on Aug. 5 tested positive for E. coli.

Stanley seeks help at park
August 19, 1990 — Now that the Town of Stanley has purchased the Hawksbill Recreation Park, town leaders are seeking the help of local organizations and individuals. Already, town crews have made improvements to the general grounds and much work has been done by Recreation Director Chuck Short to refurbish a cottage on the grounds. In addition, Bill and Hazel Mills rebuilt the kitchen on the second floor of the bathhouse with help from local businesses, groups and residents.
