Skanska Tops Out 324-Unit Kaye in Seattle’s Belltown Neighborhood

Seattle, WA (July 19, 2024) – Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, today announced it has topped out Kaye, its 260,619 square foot, 31-story, multi-family tower located on the 2200 Block of Fourth Ave in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Skanska is both building and developing the residential tower, which includes 6,100 square feet of neighborhood “living room” spaces and ground floor retail. Construction on Kaye began in Winter 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2025.

After salvaging a win out of the Astros series (and yet again avoiding the sweep) the Mariners now host Anaheim for a three game set. The vibes around the park are certainly strange today, coming off the news that Ty France was placed on waivers following last night’s game. In addition to that, Jason Vosler has been called up from Tacoma and Ryan Bliss has been sent down. That clubhouse turnover has put a slight damper on the Mariners this afternoon, but Ty France at least seems to be making the most of it.
