Frank Bellotti celebrates his 101st birthday at Marina Bay in Quincy

QUINCY − Former state Attorney General Francis X. Bellotti celebrated his 101st birthday last Tuesday with friends at Victory Point, the waterfront restaurant on the Marina Bay boardwalk in Quincy.

Bellotti's birthday was May 3.

The party included CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman, Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch, Regan Communications Group Chairman George Regan, Victory Point owner Donato Frattaroli, Norfolk County Treasurer Michael Bellotti and longtime Clerk Magistrate Sal Paterna, along with The Rev. Jack Ahern.

The restaurant is known for Italian food, classic New England dishes and local seafood; the Bellotti party dined on meatballs and red wine.

More than 50 Quincy public school teachers who were in the restaurant joined the party, singing "Happy Birthday" to Frank Bellotti.
