Pink Room Closed Due to Zoning Issue
The Pink Room is a newish cocktail bar that has been getting a ton of press lately. In the same building as Metzgers owned and operated by Brittanny Anderson who happens to be the chef and owner of Pink Room, Metzgers, Brenner Pass, and Black Lodge. Unfortunately the building’s zoning was split in half with commercial on one side and residential on the other. As a result the Pink Room has to close while they figure out how to get this changed. Colonial Heights: Mega model train show for all ages, two weekends, LEGO City returns
COLONIAL HEIGHTS — All aboard the mega model train show at Keystone Truck and Tractor Museum. The next two weekends, Richmond Freelance & Prototype [RF&P] Model Railroaders will present a 9,000 square foot showcase of O, HO and N scale trains. In celebration of America's titans of transportation, ticket holders will also get to view 130,000-plus square feet of trucks, tractors, cars and more.

RICHMOND, Va. – The VCU Men's Track & Field program was named an All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) last week, while three Rams earned additional honors. The USTFCCCA bestows the honor on teams which post a 3.0 grade-point-average (on a 4.0 scale) or better. VCU student-athletes combined for a team GPA of 3.09 under Head Coach Jon Riley this year. Additionally, senior John Casper , as well as freshmen Isaiah-Taji Kargbo Owens and Emmanuel Oche were named USTFCCCA All-Academic Athletes for their efforts in the classroom. Girls Academy U14-U17 National Champions decided as 2023-24 season concludes
The 2023-24 Girls Academy season concluded on Sunday with the U14-U17 age groups crowning new National Champions at the GA National Finals in Richmond, Virginia.
