Johnny Ester was awarded Citizen/Volunteer of the Year by Wooster Mayor V on June 29 at the city’s annual Independence Day Celebration. In his remarks, Robinson praised Ester’s efforts to keep the community clean and to encourage pride. Ester and his wife and daughter, Cherice and Sarepta, moved near Wooster City Park four years ago. Clinton National Airport receiving $7.75 million grant to fund geothermal plant
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A $7.75 million grant has been awarded to Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT) to help fund a geothermal plant at the Little Rock airport. According to a press release from LIT, the grant is being awarded "as part of an award through a tri-regional coalition" by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in order to develop a geothermal well field.

Unity Health announced its official opening of a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) July 1 at Unity Health-White County Medical Center. This specialty will provide services for mothers and newborns who require neonatal care. The NICU will include seven beds for those who may experience preterm deliveries, low blood glucose levels, high bilirubin levels, respiratory issues, feeding complications and other neonatal issues.
