PHILADELPHIA, Miss. (WTOK) - The Harper and Morgan PRCA rodeo kicked off tonight at the Neshoba County Fair. Despite mighty wet conditions the rodeo still went on and the crowd came out to support. In the downpour, bull riders put their best foot foward to try to beat the clock. From kids playing in the mud to adults watching in the stands, everyone came out to have a good time kicking off day one of the fair.

Her family said the former Lady Tigers basketball star nicknamed “Paso” who went on to a standout career at Grambling State University, died on July 19 from injuries sustained in a car accident in Ruston, Louisiana.
