Right before I moved to New York City, one of my friends said to me that they would love to live in NYC because they could eat at a different restaurant every single night. And I mean, that’s pretty much true. I think I could live the rest of my life in NYC and eat at a different restaurant every night, and never repeat a restaurant - that’s how many restaurants there are in this city. It’s a little crazy to think about.
However most of us don’t eat out at restaurants every single night, because as much as I’d love to do that my wallet would not approve. I absolutely love trying out new restaurants in the city though, and today I wanted to share not only some great restaurants BUT some very beautiful and instagrammable restaurants too!
As a fashion blogger/instagrammer/online content creator I am always on the lookout for those beautiful and aesthetic restaurants that will make for perfect photo-ops for my social media pages. So if you are anything like me and constantly trying to get the perfect photo, or you just enjoy a nice aesthetic ambiance while you eat - here are 10 of my picks for pretty and instagram-worthy restaurants in New York City.

La Pecora Bianca

First up is La Pecora Bianca. This restaurant specialized in italian cuisine, with lots of veggies and fresh made pasta. They also have a huge wine selection and signature cocktails. I love this place because the decor is so stylish and bright! Perfect for any instagram feed, and let’s be honest the sage green colored seating is an absolute instagram dream!

Laduree

Next up, a classic that I just couldn’t leave off this list - Laduree! Laduree is a French bakery and cafe. They specialize in macaroons, and trust me if you haven’t tried their macaroons - run don’t walk to your nearest Laduree (and thank me later)! They have tons of different and unique flavors that are all delish! They also have tea, cocktails, and small plates is the perfect spot for brunch or an afternoon tea.
They do have multiple locations, but my favorite is the Soho location for the stunning outdoor garden. Whether you visit the Soho location or any of their others, they are all beautifully decorated with a French Baroque style that is beautiful and chic - what’s not to love!

Pinto Garden

Pinto Garden is a gorgeous Thai restaurant that I just love SO much! They serve traditional Thai cuisine paired with fresh local ingredients. They serve family style meals, so it’s just the perfect place to gather and enjoy a great meal together (with family or friends)! In addition to their incredible food, they have delicious cocktails and frose (frozen rose) - which is always a winner!
This restaurant is one of the prettiest on this list, it is just covered in large floral arrangements and just looks absolutely stunning! When I imagine the perfect restaurant that is every instagrammer’s dream - it is this restaurant! They also have a backyard garden that is enclosed (and heated) which makes for the perfect spring vibe all year long!

Westlight

Next up we have Westlight. Now to be completely honest, I have talked about Westlight in articles before, but I just have to mention it again because it’s just that good! Westlight is on the 22nd floor of the William Vale Hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They serve classic cocktails and small plates inspired by global street foods, which are delicious and perfect for sharing!
Westlight just HAD to make this list because when I tell you these are some of the best views in the entire city, I am not exaggerating one bit. You can see the entire Manhattan skyline, which is the perfect photo-op! And if that’s not enough for you and your instagram needs, the interior of this restaurant is just as beautiful with a very chic and modern design aesthetic - you can’t go wrong.

Maman is the cutest little bakery and cafe that is an absolute must (not even just for instagrammers but anyone who loves cute little cafes)! They have small bites that are perfect for breakfast, brunch, tea, coffee, or lunch! They have multiple locations and honestly, they are all SO instagram worthy it’s not even funny. They all have a rustic vibe with tons of greenery and plants - literally just perfect!

Tacombi

Tacombi is another one of those restaurants that I just love because they have SO many locations and they are all so cool and totally instagram worthy! They serve mexican cuisine, taking homestyle mexican food and serving it up in the simplicity of a taco. One of the things I love most about this place is how simple and casual it is. Unlike most of the picks on this list, this restaurant isn’t necessarily “fancy” but it’s got a great fun and whimsical atmosphere - perfect for the gram!

Citizens Of Chelsea

Citizens Of is an Australian cafe group that has taken over NYC. They serve fresh and healthy eats perfect for breakfast and lunch. Again, another restaurant that has beautiful locations no matter which you choose. Their simple decor with pops of teal and delicious food makes for the perfect photo-op for instagram!

Pietro Nolita

Next up on this list is Pietro Nolita. Now when you ask people what is the most instagrammable restaurant in NYC - this one will probably come to mind for many people. They serve simple italian cuisine and all of their pastas are handmade in house. This place is the perfect instagram spot because it’s just covered in pink. Inspired by the pastel colors of the Italian Riviera - Pietro’s pink aesthetic is just perfect.

And lastly on this list we’ve got Tavern On The Green. This is another of my all time favorite restaurants in the city - with its perfect location in central park and beautiful patio that is just perfect for the spring and summer - Tavern On The Green is a must. They serve the most delicious wines and cocktails and american cuisine. Whether you are sitting on their beautiful patio or inside their stunningly decorated interior, this place is sure to get you a great shot for the gram!
