Bar Coastal Review | Upper East Side

In case you don’t know, I live on the Upper East Side, and there are so many great restaurants here, I just love it! No matter what kind of food I am in the mood for I can probably find it within walking distance of my apartment which is just amazing! I love sharing my favorite restaurants with you guys, so today, that is exactly what I am going to do!

Recently I tried out Bar Coastal, located on the Upper East Side (1495 1st Ave). Bar Coastal is a casual sports bar, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Some of their indoor seating is right by big open windows, which is so nice too! They have a typical sports bar menu with tons of appetizers, perfect for ordering when watching a game!

I for one had the wings, which is definitely what they are known for, and let me tell you - they were incredible! I love some good buffalo wings, and I am always on the lookout for a good chicken wing. However, I am definitely very picky when it comes to wings, so I very rarely find wings that I think are amazing. But these wings were just incredible! They were so crispy and I had the medium buffalo sauce which was just the right amount of spice without feeling like my mouth was on fire (they do have hotter options, but the medium was great for me).

So if you are looking for a great place to watch your favorite sporting event, you have to stop by Bar Coastal on the Upper East Side. Order some wings, appetizers, and cold beer and enjoy!
