    BANGOR, Maine — A high-speed police pursuit ended in tragedy Monday morning when a vehicle crashed, claiming the lives of two individuals. The crash occurred on Finson Road near Broadway in Bangor, leading to a temporary road closure as authorities conducted their investigation.

    Victims Identified

    The Bangor Police Department identified the victims as 39-year-old Noah Mushero of Bangor and 39-year-old Sheena Soctomah-Rolfe of Orono. According to a police news release, the vehicle they were traveling in left the roadway at a high rate of speed and struck a tree around 9:30 a.m. Both individuals died unattended at the scene.
