More Pain for Diddy: Scandal-Struck Sean Combs Lists Mega-Mansion Trashed in Federal Raid for $61Million as Lawsuits Stack Up

Sean 'Diddy' Combs has officially listed his 10-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills for $61.5million.

RadarOnline.com can reveal the move comes almost six months after Homeland Security raided the property.

According to Realtor.com , the listing's price is record-breaking – as it is the most expensive ever in the exclusive Holmby Hills area .

On March 25, authorities raided the home in Beverly Hills as well as Diddy's waterfront residence in Miami.

Multiple sources claim the homes were allegedly raided as part of a sex-trafficking investigation.

During the raids, it was reported both homes suffered "significant property damage" as authorities removed electronics and opened safes.

The listing, represented by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency , notes the home will only be shown to "prequalified clients".

If he gets his asking price, Combs , 54, will turn a decent profit. In 2014, he bought the home for $39million.

The Beverly Hills home also has a roster of famous neighbors, including Kylie Jenner , Alexandra Von Furstenberg, and tech mogul Sean Parker.

While the listing oddly does not include images of the home's interior, it does show off the exterior.

It is not known if the exclusion of interior images is due to damage sustained during the raid by authorities earlier this year.

The mansion sits on 1.3 acres with a huge manicured lawn and multiple outdoor seating areas.

Exterior images also show off the home's cobblestone driveway, and the oversized windows give a glimpse of the foyer – which has a sweeping staircase flooded with light.

The listing says the home features a large living room, a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and a wine cellar.

There is also a 35-seat theater and a two-story guest house.

Combs' decision to offload the massive property comes as he faces allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.

However, a source close to the sale told People the embattled music mogul lives primarily in Miami.

The source claimed Diddy "always planned to sell the home in L.A. once his daughters grew up and moved out".

As RadarOnline.com reported, Combs is facing multiple lawsuits – many of which accuse him of alleged sexual misconduct.

Allegations range from incidents in the 1990s to the early 2000s.

These include accusations of sexual assault, battery, and involvement in sex trafficking.

Several plaintiffs , including music producer Rodney Jones and multiple anonymous women, allege they were assaulted or trafficked by Combs or his associates.

Diddy denies the allegations, calling them attempts to defame him .
