A woman has been arrested and charged in connection to the shooting of a 7-month-old boy in Philadelphia's Holmesburg neighborhood. The shooting, which occurred around 5:51 p.m. last Thursday on the 4000 block of Meridian Street, resulted in a swift response from law enforcement.
