RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Police are seeking a businessman known in Southern West Virginia after allegedly defrauding multiple people.

Thomas Dunn is being sought for questioning in connection with fraudulent activities.

Dunn has reportedly defrauded multiple individuals in southern West Virginia, including Raleigh County, through his business, “Interstate Driveway Repairs and Tree Trimming.”

He has been accused of collecting down payments for jobs and failing to complete the work.

The West Virginia State Police are investigating an incident that took place in Raleigh County on June 30th. During that time, Dunn allegedly collected a $2000 down payment for asphalt that was never delivered.

The authorities are urging anyone who may have been affected by Dunn’s actions to contact Senior Trooper J.L. Wood at the Beckley Detachment . He travels to Mercer County frequently because that is where his business license is located.

Additionally, there is an active warrant for Dunn’s arrest through Raleigh County via Beckley City Police, and law enforcement in Virginia is also investigating his activities. You can contact the police at 304-256-6700.
