Former Holly Hill Hospital employees say facility tried to fool state inspectors
A mental health facility that’s the focus of an ongoing WRAL Investigation tried to trick state inspectors, according to former workers who reached out to WRAL. With more than 300 beds, Raleigh’s Holly Hill Hospital is one of the largest behavioral health facilities in the state. At this size, it’s also one of the first places people in need of help are sent because they have empty beds.
Women's Lacrosse Team, Five Players Nab IWLCA National Academic Honors
RALEIGH, N.C. – The William Peace women's lacrosse team was recognized for its academic acumen by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) this week. The Pacers were named to the 2023-24 IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for posting a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher. In addition to the team award, five student-athletes - Samantha Autry, Keslee Hylton, Alexis Inman, Mary Langer and Morgan May – made the Division III Academic Honor Roll for recording a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. All five student-athletes majored in biology.
NC State Health Plan and Aetna Launch Road Tour
