Durham man faces narcotics charges
On Sunday, July 21st, 2024 the Caswell County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged 53 year old Durham, N.C. Township resident Kent Christopher James with the commission of the following Felonious narcotics offenses; (1) count of Possession of Mariuana, (1) count of Possession with Intent to Manufacture Sell Deliver Marijuana and (1) count of Maintaining Vehicle Dwelling Place of Controlled Substance. In addition he was charged with (1) count of Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia.
Durham police car damaged in crash, no injuries reported
A Durham police car and a Kia Soul were involved in a crash Wednesday on North Roxboro Street at East Club Boulevard. The crash occurred around 1:45 p.m., according to Durham police. Sky 5 flew overhead at 2:30 p.m. A Durham police car in the middle of North Roxboro Street had visible front-end damage.
