TAZEWELL, VA (WOAY) – A man from Pounding Mill has been indicted for 6-count felony indictments from a recent Tazewell County jury. 46-year-old Jason David Osborn faces 4 counts of child cruelty, neglect, and abuse – 1 count of strangulation of another person and 1 count of shooting a firearm or missile in or at a building with people in it.
