Felony Alert Rapid City: Man wanted for aggravated domestic assault
RAPID CITY, S.D. — Authorities have issued a felony arrest warrant for David Trent Woodenknife, 27, on charges of Aggravated Assault Domestic. Woodenknife, a Native American male, is described as approximately 5'9" tall and 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Rapid City area.

(MITCHELLNOW) The College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences at South Dakota State University will begin offering an Associate of Science degree in agricultural science through the Capital City Campus in Pierre this fall. Some sad news. The pig that was rescued last week from the banks of the Big Sioux River has passed away. Dakota News Now reports that a small pig was spotted on the banks of the Big Sioux on Thursday, (July 18) which prompted Sioux Falls Animal Control and Sioux Falls Fire Rescue to snap into action to perform a water rescue just north of Falls Park a short time later.
