SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - State prison offender Robert Goulding died on Wednesday, according to the South Dakota Department of Corrections. Winner Man Sentenced to 25 Years for Third-Degree Rape Against a "Vulnerable Member of our Society"
{KXLG – Winner, SD} South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that Lionel Lee Eagle Hawk, 38, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison, with ten years suspended, after pleading guilty to Third-Degree Rape of a person incapable of giving consent.
