A woman is indicted in Randall County on multiple alleged armed kidnappings. Court documents detailed that 28-year-old Maricela Perez was indicted in Randall County on a charge of “aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon” after a previous June 20 incident in which she allegedly kidnapped one person while threatening him with a gun.
