Wendy’s Franchisee Ryan O’Malley Puts Culture on the Front Lines of Success
Ryan O’Malley’s restaurant career began in 2007 at Wendy’s of Bowling Green, where he held roles from GM to district manager to director of operations. In 2021, he made the leap to Wendy’s franchisee. Today, O’Malley and his partners operate 136 locations across five states (Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama).

Pike Road Girl Awarded In AHFA Statewide Art Contest
Emma Cho, 9, of Pike Road has been named a winner in the Alabama Housing Finance Authority’s third annual National Homeownership Month art contest. Alabama children between the ages of 5 and 12 were invited to show what makes their hometown special. Emma’s colorful and detailed entry earned her the “Staff’s Choice” award for depicting activities that bring the Pike Road community together.

Sheriff: Missing man’s body found burnt in Dallas County
DALLAS COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) - Perry County Sheriff Billy Jones says a man missing from his jurisdiction has been found dead in Dallas County. Jones said the body of Christian Moore, 23, of Newbern, was found burned in his vehicle in Dallas County. He had been missing since Thursday morning.
