After getting a big win last week in 5-star receiver Caleb Cunningham, Alabama is still in pursuit of some of the nation’s top pass-catchers. Per the 247Sports Composite, Cunningham is the second-best receiver in the 2025 cycle. He is the big fish that Bama needed in this recruiting class, joining 3-star speedster Lotzeir Brooks in the receiver room. The number of educators retiring in Alabama is climbing again, with nine school districts seeing the highest number of retirements in the past decade. Just under 3,100 employees retired from July of 2023 through June of 2024, according to the Teachers Retirement Systems of Alabama.
