CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (WFXR) — We have another stop on the Hardee’s Friday Night Blitz preview tour to Christiansburg and Christiansburg High School. Matt Herron is the new head coach of the Blue Demons replacing Alex Wilkens. Last season, Christiansburg went 8-4 losing in the second round of the Region 3D playoffs to the Magna Vista Warriors. Coach Herron is excited about this new opportunity to carry on the recent success of the Blue Demons program. Christiansburg opens up the season on August 30th as they visit the Floyd County Buffaloes.
