Bloomfield City Council holds public hearing on residential living on the square.
Tonight at the Bloomfield City Council meeting, a public hearing was held on the prospects of changing a city ordinance allowing residential living on the first floor of the square. Currently the ordinance allows residential living in the back half of the building as long as it’s less than 50% of the floor space.
