City of Bozeman to host annual firework show for Fourth
The City of Bozeman is hosting its annual Fourth of July fireworks show from the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. The show will begin at 10 p.m. and run approximately a half hour. The fireworks show is made possible by a partnership formed in 2023 between Bozeman Fire and local business sponsors following the city-wide ban on personal fireworks.

Laurel's newest school trustee is former teacher and life-long Laurel resident
Laurel Public Schools has selected a new trustee to finish the term vacated by Dan Fettig. Kayla Gray, a former Spanish teacher at Laurel High School, will finish the final year of Fettig's term. He resigned for personal reasons. Superintendent Matt Torix said Fettig was a valuable asset to the Laurel School Board and will be missed.
