A massive filing that reportedly contains new evidence against former President Donald Trump just became public, court records show.

Special counsel Jack Smith's 165-page document details the state of his federal election interference case against the Republican presidential nominee after the Supreme Court changed the game and ruled Trump enjoyed partial presidential immunity in the case.

"The defendant asserts that he is immune from prosecution for his criminal scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election because, he claims, it entailed official conduct," the document begins. "Not so."

Judge Tanya Chutkan unsealed the document Wednesday despite objections from Trump's lawyers who argued Smith was trying to unfairly influence the 2024 election.

Smith argued that his filing, with adequate redactions to protect sensitive materials, was appropriate considering the public interest in a criminal case involving a man who could become their president within months.

Trump has pleaded not guilty to charges he conspired to overturn the 2020 presidential election won by President Joe Biden.

if any president believes the election is rigged it's there duty and if a president don't insure it's fair then it's dereliction of duty
