Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) revived a conspiracy theory on Friday of shenanigans involving Dominion Voting Systems machines.

According to Greene, someone "posted up from Whitfield County ... and when he went to vote, and we have the Dominion machines, and you go through and you mark president, you mark, you know, for Congress, that would be me. They mark Donald Trump, and they marked who they were voting for the rest of the way down their ballot on the machine."

The voter then printed their ballot, Greene described.

"And each voter has to review that printed copy to make sure that it has selected the candidates that it has that they want to vote for. And, so, when this voter printed their ballot, and they looked, it had changed. It was not Donald Trump. It was not me, and it was not the other ones they had voted for. It had switched!"

Greene said that they asked the poll worker for help and that they tried "several times" and "it kept on making the same error."

She claimed that her office was now investigating this and that she'd "just heard about it."

Attacks against Dominion Voting Systems were made on far-right news in the past, resulting in lawsuits from the company against both Fox News and an OANN executive . The voting company Smartmatic settled with Newsmax and OANN .

Raw Story reached out to Dominion for comment via email and was told that their understanding of the incident is that it was "user error." The claim that voting machines can change votes is false and has been debunked .
