    Deputies search for man who ran from police after chase

    RAYMONDVILLE, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — The Willacy County Sheriff’s Office and Raymondville police are searching for a man they say ran from police after a chase.

    According to a social media post from the sheriff’s office, Raymondville police initiated a vehicle pursuit on a black Camaro earlySunday morning.

    The chase ended on FM 1762 and Cemetery Road, northeast of the city.

    “The driver who fled on foot is a male subject with unknown clothing at this time,” Willacy County Sheriff’s Office said in the post.

    Anyone with information or who sees any suspicious activity in their area is asked to call the Willacy County Sheriff’s Office at (956) 689-5576.
