Grambling Police arrested an Arcadia man last Tuesday after a victim said he attempted to rob him with a handgun. Dontavius C. Tibbs, 23, was arrested on numerous charges about 2:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. Grambling State University police officers saw the suspect fleeing the area with a pistol in his hand. He was detained until Grambling PD arrived at the scene.

Foster, 25, was arrested for unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling and simple criminal damage to property after Ruston Police investigated the incident on Eastland Avenue.
