My husband were newly weds and we had been married about a month or two and I was mowing in the front yard and I ran up close to a small azalea bush. I got stung 3 times and my husband was in the back yard doing some work in the back yard when he saw me running and crying and he said I was covered in yellow jackets. He raked the bees off of me and they flew off of me. He went and got an m-80 and blew the azalea bush out of the ground bee nest and all out of the ground. I suffered all night with those three bee stings.
