I’m a Target-Obsessed Shopping Writer, and This $5 Christmas Deal Led Me to 19 Other Epic Circle Week Sales

    By Carly Totten,

Before long, I had cardigans, Apple AirTags, and even an artificial Christmas tree in my cart.

    Real Simple / Target

I wasn’t expecting Target Circle Week to happen for a second time this year, so you can imagine how thrilled I was when my favorite retailer announced the return of its hallmark sale event . This time, the sales are even better than before with discounts on fall clothes, comfy loungewear, plenty of home items, and even sure-to-sell-out Christmas decorations. As someone who shops Target professionally, I scoured thousands of deals and found 20 items that you must have on your radar while prices start at just $5 through October 12.

Target Circle Week Fashion and Home Deals

If you’re unfamiliar with Target Circle , here’s what you need to know. It’s free to join, it provides personalized deals and bonuses, and it automatically applies those discounts when you’re logged into your account—there’s also credit card and membership options to unlock more benefits.  Simply create an account using your email address, and start enjoying the savings!

My Christmas decorating countdown always starts in October, and it seems like Target took note because the ultra-popular Wondershop Knit Monogram Christmas Stocking is back in stock and on sale for just $7. You can save $75 on a 7.5-foot pre-lit Virginia pine artificial Christmas tree , too. I also have my eyes on a few fall fashion staples, including wide-leg ankle jeans and a corduroy mini skirt. Of course, Target’s home finds are always on point, and this cozy throw blanket is a must for fall and winter, and as well as this set of two quick-drying bath towels that’s only $4.50 apiece while the sale lasts. $175

I scored my Christmas tree during a post-holiday sale a few years ago, and it’s still my favorite seasonal purchase. So, I can’t recommend the Wondershop 7.5-Foot Pre-Lit Virginia Pine Artificial Christmas Tree enough. It’s on sale for only $175 with Target Circle, which is likely one of the lowest prices we’ll see before Christmas. The artificial tree comes in three parts that simply slide together for painless assembly.  It’s pre-lit with clear and colorful bulbs to create a beautiful glow, and it even includes a tree stand. All you have to do is add ornaments!

    Target

    $25

    $18

There are few fall and winter layers more classic than a cardigan, and this $18 button-front style is definitely a timeless staple. It comes in sizes XS to 4X in five colors like black, burgundy, and camel, and it’s made from a lightweight but warm combination of recycled polyester, nylon, acrylic, and wool. Style this with a T-shirt and jeans or dress it up with a blouse and skirt or throw it over a slip dress. Just keep in mind that you’ll likely want to purchase more than one color while it’s on sale.

    $18

I’m constantly reaching for a blanket just like this cozy knit throw to stay warm while I’m reading or watching TV during the winter. The throw is sizable at 60 inches by 50 inches, and it has a fuzzy look and a “midweight,” according to Target, because it’s made from 78 polyester and 22 percent nylon. The blanket is so popular that it has already sold out in three colors, but it’s still in stock in neutral, which is a shade that’ll match bedrooms and living rooms with ease.

    Target

    $28

    $20

Wide-leg ankle jeans are the style this season, and this cute pair is on sale for just $20 with Target Circle. The pants are selling quickly and are out of stock in some colors, but they’re still available in six shades like black, beige, and gray in sizes 00 to 30. The 99 percent cotton pants do have 1 percent spandex, so they’ll have some stretch while you wear them. The relaxed fit provides even more comfort for daily wear. Style these with blouses and sweaters and your favorite white sneakers, suede clogs, or comfy flats.

    Target

    $10

    $7

The Wondershop Knit Monogram Christmas Stocking is one of the most popular holiday items at Target with over 1,870 five-star ratings. The stocking has ample room for trinkets, gift cards, and candy at 20 inches by 8 inches, and it’s available in both red and white with single letter monogram. This is perfect to use as an annual stocking, but it can also be presented as a gift bag for loved ones, friends, and teachers. Before it sells out, buy the monogram stocking while you can for $7 with Target Circle.

Target Circle Week continues through October 12, but many popular pieces will sell out much sooner than the sale’s end. Shop for your favorites while you can, and find even more ideas below like my favorite flannel sheet set that’s priced from just $31, a cozy $18 pullover sweatshirt that you’ll wear on repeat, a four-pack of Apple AirTags that’s a must for traveling,, and more.
