Why Caroline Stanbury Is Drinking Less After ‘Projectile Vomiting’ During ‘Terrible’ Incident

Caroline Stanbury is rather self-deprecating in a very British way. It’s something that Real Housewives of Dubai viewers have come to enjoy, well those that are her fans.

So, it’s no surprise that the Ladies of London alum is happy to laugh at herself and bring some humor to an otherwise embarrassing situation that happened to her on a hectic night out at the Abbey.

Caroline shared her story of “projectile vomiting” at the Los Angeles club during a recent interview. The RHODubai star she was on Ozmepic at the time. And the cocktail of weight loss drug and a “one drink” was enough to make Caroline sick.

Caroline Stanbury got sick after only “half a glass”

“I’ve had it. I did it in the Abbey!” she revealed to Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast.

“It was nothing. You drink half a glass, and it’s literally [everywhere] … There’s no way to run to a bathroom,” Caroline said of then “projectile vomiting” on herself and husband, Sergio Carrallo.

The former soccer player was on hand, and agreed it was a “terrible” situation. Ever the gentleman, Sergio was “trying to cover” his wife up so she wouldn’t be embarrassed.

“[The vomit was] literally on me,” he revealed.

“If you haven’t projectile vomited on Ozempic, you haven’t lived yet!” Caroline interjected, adding her usual sarcasm.

The Bravolebrity has been open and honest about using the sought-after weight loss drug, including its side effects. She’s had to cut back on alcohol as a result, but revealed that that decision has its benefits.

“It just doesn’t react that well with me. I like to have a drink. I just don’t drink to the point … like, I used to party like a rock star. And realized at my age it just takes me so long to to recover and I lose all those days,” Caroline explained.

“And then you end up chatting rubbish with people you really don’t like. Then I have a horrible hangover in the morning and my tummy, it’s so acidic, too,” she added. “I just don’t feel good.”

Caroline drinks selectively, including when filming with her RHODubai castmates, who “went nuts” in Bali .

“When I do decide that I really do want to have a really good shot of tequila with the girls, it’s really fun,” the reality TV star dished. “Although the tequila wasn’t that great, it was like ‘Girls Gone Wild.’ Honestly, I hadn’t done that in ages.”
