Caroline Stanbury Going into Business With Husband Sergio Carrallo

Caroline Stanbury and Sergio Carrallo are embarking on a new journey together, and going into the hospitality business.

It seems that the Real Housewives of Dubai star enjoyed building and decorating her own dream home, and she now wants to make money off of her unique and luxurious taste. Caroline and her husband, who wed in 2021, are opening a boutique hotel. They also will have a rental property listing on Airbnb in their city of residence.

Sergio and Caroline exclusively revealed to Bravo’s The Daily Dish that the Airbnb is an apartment located in front of the Burj Khalifa, and it’s slated for an extensive renovation. The couple plan on listing it by the end of the year.

“It’s just under a thousand square feet and, you know, open plan kitchen,” Caroline revealed.

“I’m gonna knock it all through with gray wood floors and it’s next to the Baccarat Hotel, so it’s like a Miami-style, five-minute walk to the Dubai Mall,” she added. “You’ve got the Burj views, you got paddle in front of you. It’s really, really nice, and you’ve got the Mercedes building next to it, too.”

“I can’t wait to put it out there, call it Caroline Towers,” she joked. The larger project is a “boutique-y hotel” in Bali called Samsara List, set to open in 2026. “The hotel’s starting. We’ve cleared the land now,” the Ladies of London alum revealed. Sergio described their vision as an “all experiences” hotel, including a “yoga area.” “It’s very unique and it’s very pretty and 15 bedrooms and that’s it,” he added.

Each of the bedrooms is “gonna be really, really, different” according to Caroline. “So, every room is different,” the influencer dished.

Guests will be able to experience a bit of Caroline’s luxury taste.
