Why Chanel Ayan Thinks Britney Spears Watches the Real Housewives

Chanel Ayan of Real Housewives of Dubai claims Britney Spears watches the big Bravo franchise. And she’s thrilled about it!

The reality TV star is now just one degree away from the pop princess. She met the singer’s ex-husband Sam Asghari while shooting the newest season of the hit mystery show The Traitors .

Is Britney Spears a Real Housewives fan?

Chanel spoke with Page Six during Dolores Catania ’s annual charity softball game. She shared her insider info on Britney’s guilty reality TV pleasures, according to Britney’s ex-beau.

Chanel and Sam met in Scotland while filming The Traitors and the RHODubai star couldn’t resist asking him questions about the pop diva.

“I just kept asking him so many questions about Britney Spears,” Chanel admitted. And we honestly get it. “At one point he was like, ‘I can’t answer all these questions.’” Hey, can’t blame a girl for trying right?

And it makes sense that Sam could only answer a couple of questions about his ex-wife. He signed a nondisclosure agreement years ago which prevents him from spilling secrets. But that didn’t stop him from answering a couple of questions according to Chanel.

When Chanel discovered that Britney was a Bravo fan, her number one question was, “Does she watch ‘Housewives’?”

This was a question, Sam didn’t mind answering and replied, “Yes, she does!”

The other housewives with Chanel included Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores and Real Housewives of New York vet Dorinda Medley . All three were pleased to hear that Britney watches the franchise.

And Dorinda wasn’t all too shocked. “Who doesn’t watch the ‘Housewives’?” she joked. She also had some choice words for Sam about his split from the Grammy-winning superstar wife last year.

“Don’t worry about being divorced,” she said. “Life moves on.” I mean, that’s a pragmatic way of looking at it.
