Love Island USA: JaNa Craig on ‘Really Bad Joke’ That ‘Kind of Blew Up’

JaNa Craig of Love Island USA did not go into the reunion unprepared. She had four pages of receipts just to be sure. She felt she needed to be prepared because so much had gone viral about the islanders, including a really bad joke that “kind of blew up.” But it was just a joke, she confirmed.

And not surprising as so much has happened on this season of Love Island USA. Between breakdowns, breakups, and breakthroughs, there was a lot to unpack and the reunion did just that.

Crazy rumors and bad jokes

“I was overly prepared (for the reunion),” JaNa told US at an exclusive sitdown with her partner Kenny Rodriguez . She had all her receipts plus answers to their potential future as a couple and the speculation surrounding the group.

When asked about the “craziest rumor” they’ve heard, JaNa instantly mentioned a “blind item” about a secret hookup between two of the islanders.

“I know who started that rumor as a joke,” JaNa explained. “And then it kind of blew up. But it was just a joke. I won’t say the person’s names, but the rumor was that two people were sexually active that you guys don’t know about.”

She quickly confirmed, “It’s just a joke! It was a really bad joke that turned into something way worse. But no, it’s just a joke.”

I guess we’ll never know which islanders the rumor, even as just a joke, was referring to. Although I’m sure everyone has their guesses.

She also added that she was still tight with her OG girls, the PPG (Powerpuff Girls) Liv and Kaylor. She was so proud of Kaylor for standing up for herself at the reunion and finally letting Aaron have it. As for Kenny, JaNa is happy and wants to make sure Kenny “feels comfortable at all times.”

Kenny is quite happy too and states that they have done a good job of being receptive to each other’s needs. Looks like they may be heading towards happily ever after. Only time will tell.
