Alexis Bellino is going to marry John Janssen ! When their nine-month anniversary hit, John popped the question. This newly returned Real Housewives of Orange County star said yes, and likely several additional things. However, others have done nothing but diss these two over their recent announcement, and if you ask me, this is a terrible look.

Let me be clear, as this is not an anti- Shannon Beador bit. Instead, this is an anti-hate ask, as many things can ring true here. Yes, Shannon f*cked up with her life choices. However, Alexis is already taking a beating for this online, so can we leave her engagement post alone instead of continuing to fill it with heated tit-for-tat types of comments?

While these stars expect heated responses after their storylines air, the hate towards Alexis has reached an all-time low. She wants to be happy, but many viewers are hellbent on raining on her parade. No one is perfect, so let’s take a hate break and focus on the positive, even if it only lasts for her exciting engagement period with John.

Jennifer Pedranti thinks Alexis and John are a “cool couple.” Tamra Judge supports these two as well. Speaking of statements made, let’s look at the ones that have fallen from Alexis’ mouth. Basically, for Alexis, it’s Johnny J.

Appearing on Carlos King’s podcast, Reality with The King, Alexis explained why her emotions were all over the map at the start of filming for Season 18. She walked into filming only three months after her mother passed. Alexis had also just split from her then-fiance. Many of our readers know full well that grief and stress can fundamentally change a person, including their reactions to the most basic signs of stimuli in their environments.

Alexis also finds her behaviors annoying , but as for her quips on John, these two are madly in love, and “America will see that as the season progresses.”

On Alexis, John loves her madly. She is a great mother and friend. She is also now his fiancé, but do me a solid. Peep the comments on their first engagement post , and then try to place yourself in their shoes without dying a little on the inside.

Speaking to Page Six via their Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, Tamra brought up a current narrative on RHOC. CliffsNotes: Alexis and John have Ring Camera footage that they might release. This footage allegedly paints Shannon in a horrible shade of ew. Because she may or may not have almost run over John’s daughter with her car.

Thankfully, Tamra revealed that Alexis has also said this video should probably not come out for the sake of Shannon’s family . For the sake of Shannon’s family , Shannon should also stop drinking, some feel.

It is easy to forget that these stars are real people with real families. For the sake of those who did not choose this path, aka the children, we should always strive to keep our quips controlled.

John and Alexis deserve to be happy

Everyone deserves a happy ending . Alexis has been through a lot in recent years. Now that she is on the other side, she can breathe, and the ending of her saga finally makes her smile, which we love.

Alexis spent the bulk of her marriage to Jim Bellino in therapy. Their union was severely tainted, but it took Alexis 14 years to realize her worth and exit stage left. Following this, Alexis fell back in love and got engaged to a new man, Andy Bohn . Andy was also not her perfect match, and that’s a tough pill to swallow.

Then, Alexis lost her mother, Penelope, who battled an undiagnosed brain disease that severely limited her everyday activities for years. Coming out of her foggy past, Alexis has finally found someone who matches her freak and makes her smile, and as a human who has watched her backstory for years on Bravo, I could not be happier for the gal.

But sadly, Alexis had to remove the comments on her engagement post because the replies were toxic. Everyone deserves a happily ever after. And this constant kicking of Alexis and John is a bad look.
