Where You Can Find Vanderpump Rules Stars While Season 12 Is on Pause

Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules did little to heal the wounds of Scandoval. Who knew that Tom Sandoval cheating on longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix with her friend Rachel Leviss would blow up like it did? It translated to higher ratings for Season 10 of Pump Rules as viewers watched for clues about Sandoval and Rachel’s tawdry affair.

During the Season 11 VPR finale, Ariana refused to engage with Sandoval in front of the cameras. Instead, she left with her boyfriend, Daniel Wai. But surprise! During the reunion, producers aired the unseen moments of the finale, when Lala Kent and Scheana Shay bashed Ariana for having boundaries. And a split screen was used to capture the cast’s reaction.

Ariana and her friend and business partner, Katie Maloney , were not feeling this surprise. So, it wasn’t a shock that, with even deeper wounds amid the cast, Bravo decided to put the show on pause.

For the first time, Pump Rules didn’t film during the summer. There is no time frame for when (or if) the show is returning. So, let’s see where you can find the Vanderpump Rules stars while Season 12 is on pause.

Ariana Madix

Ariana took over hosting duties for Season 6 of Love Island USA , which was filmed in Fiji. Katie even appeared alongside Ariana on Aftersun, the chat show hosted by Maura Higgins. It covered all things Love Island and broke down all the Casa Amor action.

After leaving Fiji, Ariana returned to Broadway to reprise her role as Roxie Hart in Chicago. According to Variety , Ariana’s first 10-week run, which ended in April, was sold out. And for four weeks, the show broke box office records. So, Ariana hit the stage again as Roxie from August 1 until August 27th.

Of course, when Ariana returns to WeHo, it will be back to the sandwich biz. She and Katie own and run their sandwich shop, Something About Her. Their opening day was May 22, 2024. Plenty of celebrities, including Bravo host Andy Cohen , have stopped by to grab lunch. Their menu looks amazing, and I would try everything! If that is wrong, then I don’t want to be right!

Katie Maloney

While her friend and business partner, Ariana, was away for other jobs, Katie has been handling Something About Her. The duo didn’t have an easy road getting the eatery off the ground. The opening date was pushed back repeatedly because of red tape and permit issues.

The whimsical shop, fashioned after a Nancy Meyers movie, finally opened its doors in May 2024. Both Ariana and Katie were there to greet guests as the waiting line snaked around the building.

However, the shop is still facing some legal issues . The former Director of Culinary and COO Penny Davidi Borsuk , sued Ariana and Katie. Penny claimed that the duo allegedly promised her a 10% partnership if she helped to create the concept for the sandwich shop. She also filed several trademarks for Something About Her. According to Penny, the Pump Rules stars reneged on their partnership deal. She would like the judge to determine that the terms of the partnership are legally binding. WOW.

Still, it sounds as if the shop is still doing a brisk business. I love this for both Katie and Ariana. Hopefully, the legal issues can be ironed out.

Lala Kent and Scheana Shay

The Season 11 VPR reunion landed Scheana and Ariana in hot water with Ariana and Katie. Plus, both ladies also softened towards Sandoval. While Lala was quite happy to end her friendship with Katie and Ariana, Scheana was not.

Both Lala and Scheana guested on Season 1 of The Valley . Scheana even gave marital advice to Brittany Cartwright about Jax Taylor. Oof.

With the future of Pump Rules up in the air, both a very pregnant Lala and Scheana were seen filming for the second season of The Valley. After all, Scheana and Lala are still friends with Kristen Doute and Brittany. They are most likely filming as friends of the cast.

“I know there’s a ton of speculation about [Vanderpump] transfers over to The Valley , but that cast is pretty full right now,” showrunner Alex Baskin told The Hollywood Reporter . “I would imagine you’ll continue to see crossover like you have, but that cast is bursting at the seams.”

Stassi Schroeder

Stassi Schroeder was axed from VPR in 2020 for racist behavior. Since that time, she married Beau Clark, and they share two children. Stassi has also educated herself on racial bias and tried to better herself.

Well, Lisa Vanderpump (and Hulu) made an offer that Stassi couldn’t resist. In a video shared on both of their social media, Lisa welcomed viewers to Season 2 of Vanderpump Villa . “Now I am sitting here and I’m thinking, what should I put on the menu,” Lisa said. “Any ideas?”

The camera panned over to Stassi. “Lisa! Goat cheese balls,” Stassi said, referencing the SUR favorite. “Excellent idea. Cheers! Welcome back, darling,” Lisa replied.

In case you missed it, Vanderpump Villa followed the staff at Lisa’s Chateau in France as they created luxury experiences for guests. Of course, we don’t know if Stassi will be a guest or one of the cast members of the Hulu series.

Plus, US Weekly reported that Stassi also scored a deal with Hulu to star in a 30-minute comedy docuseries called, “Stassi Says.” Stassi always had a wicked sense of humor, along with her memorable one-liners. Get that woman a Pinot Grigio!

Tom Sandoval

That’s right. Sandoval was cast in Season 3 of The Traitors . He is going to meet host Alan Cumming at his castle in Scotland to lie and deceive his fellow cast members. Or, as Sandoval calls it, a regular Tuesday. I don’t know how Sandoval will stay in the game as either a Faithful or a Traitor. No one will trust him as a Faithful and everyone will assume he’s a Traitor.

According to Alan, who serves up amazing looks on the show, Sandoval needed a wardrobe assist . “What was funny was his luggage was lost the first few days, so [production] had to dress him, so he’s got some great looks in the first few days,” Alan said.

“Definitely the first look he’s got is very good. He actually embraced tartan, embraced a kilt. I was very, very pleased and proud.” Now I’m scared about what the rest of his fashion looks like.
