Jax Taylor was served 10 minutes away from Brittany’s home

On September 10, In Touch released exclusive details about the divorce obtained from court documents. The documents confirmed that Brittany hired a process server to serve Jax his divorce papers on August 27 at 11 a.m. On the same day, Brittany filed her petition in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Thus, the necessary next step was Jax receiving his notice.

Brittany told the court that Jax had been served in a North Hollywood unit. This unit resides about 10 minutes away from Brittany’s expensive living space. Previously, reports suggested that a process server gave Jax his divorce papers while in his infamous bar. However, these court documents confirm that Jax was at home at the pivotal moment.

As for the previously-known details of the divorce , fans know that Brittany is seeking full custody of the couple’s shared son, Cruz. She seemed open to the idea of visitation rights for Jax. She also wanted to block the court’s ability to grant spousal rights to either party.
