Former RHOC Star Dr. Jen Armstrong Lists Newport Beach Home for Just Under $7 Million

It’s time to sell, sell, sell. Real Housewives of Orange County alum Dr. Jen Armstrong has listed her house for $6.8 million. The highly desirable home is located in the Newport Beach Golf Community of Big Canyon, and got an extensive facelift before going on the market.

RHOC fans will recall Jen’s only season as she battled to save her marriage to Ryne Holliday . She filed for divorce in 2022. A year later, Jen bought the house and took on a major renovation project. Then, she and Ryne got back together! It’s been quite the journey…

Dr. Jen Armstrong completely renovated before lising the Newport Beach home for sale

The Newport Beach luxury home features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Dr. Jen injected $1.5 million into the property to give it an upgrade. The renovation took almost one year.

“I look at a house like I look at a face – what can I do to make this beautiful?” Jen told Mail Online .

Prior to the renovation, the CEO of Advanced Skincare Dermatology and Plastic Surgery described the home as “a bad Brady Bunch house.” But she took on the project with “Mach speed.”

“You could touch the ceilings, there was purple carpet in the kitchen, and walls everywhere with five layers of wallpaper,’ she recalled.

Jen added, “It was really bad. The blender was literally built into the kitchen counter!”

Due to that level of outdated modeling, the former RHOC star had to work on “every part of the house.” It’s completely “redone now.”

“The ceilings are lifted, I tore down a lot of walls, so it’s all views now … It’s beautiful, it’s beyond gorgeous now!” Jen gushed.

As for her personal life, the former reality TV star gave it another shot with Ryne in April 2024, after initially splitting in 2021. They even celebrated Easter together as a family.
