It feels like Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa only just announced their separation. But fans of The Real Housewives of Miami are getting whiplash from their social media comments, which show an inundation of flirting. Lenny is not known to be the most upfront guy. So, could it all be a ploy for media attention, or is he once again pining for the Austrian model?

Lenny is still in the midst of divorcing Lisa Hochstein and has been pretty open about his split from Katharina. Both released a statement at the time of their breakup. The former couple noted the end of their relationship was amicable.

Lenny shared he has “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family. I am proud of her growth as a woman and will be forever grateful for the time we spent together.” But the plastic surgeon’s close friend, Nik Richie, cried foul as he accused Katharina of cheating after photos of her and mystery man appeared online. Lenny and Katharina then sent a joint statement to us here at Reality Tea.

The statement read , “Lenny and I want to issue a joint statement to provide more clarity and hopefully end any. While we have mutually and amicably decided to end our relationship last month, we want to make it absolutely clear that this was not due to infidelity on either side.”

But even though they have parted ways, it looks like Katharina still might be running through Lenny’s dreams. In an odd Instagram interaction, Lenny was caught flirting with his ex. The model posted a selfie with the caption, “​​Weak WiFi but deeply connected.” In the comments, Lenny wrote, “Most beautiful woman on the planet,” to which Kat replied, “Are you flirting with me?”

There still seems to be a cheeky connection between the two, and it could be that their love story isn’t over yet .
