Report: Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko Kissed in Front of Press at DWTS

As entertaining as Week 2 of Dancing with the Stars was, there was a lot going on backstage that we didn’t see.

Hidden behind the ballroom set of the ABC show are a hair/makeup station, a warm-up area, and a press tent. That’s where Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Brooks Nader and her coach Gleb Savchenko were spotted engaging in some backstage PDA.

Apparently, they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Gleb reportedly tickled her from behind and grabbed her waist as they waited to meet the press.

Showmance or just a bid for attention?

Calling each other “babe,” People reported that Brooks kept her arm around Gleb all night, her hand resting on his stomach. They held hands while in the makeup chair. They even sneaked a few kisses while rehearsing for their performance.

Even though Gleb previously denied any romance , viewers began to wonder if something was going on when the partners exchanged a couple of pecks during their rehearsal package. They wouldn’t be the first couple to fall in love on the dancefloor .

Over 33 seasons of DWTS, we’ve seen partners fall for each other . Daniel Durant and Britt Stewart, Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec , Nikki Bella (Garcia) and Artem Chigvintsev, Matthew Lawrence and Cheryl Burke, and Brian Austin Green and Sharna Burgess are just a few. Some were together for a short time; some remain life partners.

And then there are the professionals who’ve mingled and married: Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy (now parents to three boys), Valentin “Val” Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson , and Emma Slater and Sasha Farber (since divorced). And the list goes on.

Will Gleb and Brooks join that list, or is this just a showmance? Amidst all the rumors swirling, Gleb told People that after all the hours spent rehearsing together, “We’re so close and personal, and she looks like that, and we just developed that chemistry.”

Only time will tell.
