Angie Katsanevas Hits Back at Lisa Barlow’s Confessional ‘Disappointment’

Angie Katsanevas has become the star of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City . She’s even got the center snowflake to prove it. Angie kicked off the season with a scroll and a whole lot of confidence. She quickly needed it, especially once she got in the middle of Lisa Barlow and Whitney Rose.

Whitney is starting the season as the villain of RHOSLC. The ladies wasted no time letting her know exactly why they have problems with the “healed” version of Whitney. Angie has been the sole defender of Whitney and it’s royally angered Miss Lisa. Now, in a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live , Angie is standing her ground for defending Whitney, despite Lisa’s vocal disappointment.

Angie Katsanevas isn’t backing down

WWHL fans tuned in to ask Angie to respond to Lisa’s angry confessionals. Basically, Lisa was upset that Angie repeated her frustration about Whitney’s podcast comments to Whitney in the first place. However, Angie claims it wasn’t new information to Whitney. “It wasn’t like something Whitney hadn’t heard before,” Angie said. She added that Lisa went to the press and the internet to let Whitney know, loudly and clearly, that she didn’t like the podcast.

Angie defends her actions, claiming she was “prepping Whitney” for the confrontation. Additionally, Angie claims there’s unseen footage of her telling Whitney that the comments were wrong and that she owed Lisa an apology. “I was playing with what was already on the field, no new information that Whitney didn’t already know,” Angie concluded. If Angie brought a scroll to the premiere, we can only imagine what she has in store for the reunion.
