Mary Cosby Says Husband Robert Sr. Has ‘Grudges’ Against RHOSLC Production

Mary Cosby is one-of-a-kind on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City , and that truly doesn’t do her justice. Truly, Real Housewives has never seen a character quite like Mary. She’s had so many memorable one-liners, from “Little girl,” to “You smell like hospital.” As Mary racks up seasons on the show, so do her iconic scenes .

Mary is also undoubtedly controversial on RHOSLC . She was introduced on the show as a church leader who was married to her step-grandfather. That sentence alone was enough to send the fandom into a frenzy. While her unconventional relationship has always been a major part of Mary’s story, we haven’t gotten to see much of her dynamic with Robert Cosby Sr . Now, during her latest Watch What Happens Live appearance, Mary explained why.

Robert Sr. doesn’t like the cameras

Mary was asked on WWHL why viewers don’t see much of Robert Sr. on RHOSLC after five seasons of the show. “He’s good. He’s a man and they hold grudges,” Mary explained. “But once he gets over his grudge, he’ll be better and he’ll probably show his face.” As always, Mary’s answer only leaves us with more questions. Why did the grudge start in the first place? And against whom, specifically?

She clarified that Robert Sr. isn’t happy with production, but has no qualms with head honcho Andy Cohen . “He loves you,” she said, but he apparently doesn’t “trust” the other producers. “He doesn’t want them to give [Andy] bad press.” Robert Sr., show your face in a confessional ASAP and explain this grudge. We have absolutely got to know more.
