Mifflin County falls to Northern in 2OT
The 1-0 Mifflin County Huskies traveled to Dillsburg Friday night to face the 0-1 Northern York Polar Bears. “It was a tough week. We started school. We weren’t on the field much and it showed tonight,” said Mifflin County coach Shane Breon. “We weren’t able to hit too much. I know they are a well, good coached football team. I knew that i knew it was going to be four quarters of football with these guys. I lived down here. They never give up here on the field or anywhere. We got to settle in there’s some things we missed offensively. “We just need to regroup. We need to be able to run the ball a little bit better. We got to regroup. It doesn’t get any easier the rest of the year with the teams we face so.
Tennessee sets attendance record versus Penn State

Mifflin County boys soccer beats Big Spring and falls to West Perry at Bulldog Bash
The Mifflin County boys soccer team defeated host Big Spring in the first round of Saturday’s Bulldog Bash Tournament, but lost the championship game to West Perry. The Huskies took a 2-0 halftime lead on Big Spring on goals from Bruce Baker and Brayden Benfer. Mifflin County got a second half goal from Landon Mazur for the final 3-0 margin.
