The Dallas County Hornets traveled to Marion on Friday night to face the Francis Marion Rams for their season opener. Dallas County came out on a mission this first game to start their season off with a bang. The Hornets were able to defeat the Rams on the road 28-14.

Selma Saints beat Park Crossing in season opener at Memorial Stadium
The Selma High Saints came out the gate running Friday night in their opening game of the 2024 football season against Park Crossing, winning 30-20. Park Crossing was mere inches from making a touchdown, when No. 11 Kristan “Megatron” Moore intercepted and ran from one stretch of the field to the other to score a touchdown.
