Hackett resident killed in single-vehicle crash
HACKETT, Ark. — A 34-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 45 in Sebastian County on July 27, according to Arkansas State Police (ASP). Dakota Gardner of Hackett was traveling southbound on the highway on Saturday around 4:45 p.m. When Gardner approached a left-hand curve, he reportedly veered off the highway.

Oklahoma News 4 reported on Thursday that Total Wine lost its appeal with an administrative judge about the state granting it a liquor license to set up shop.
