This area will soon be covered in tents, syringes, condoms and empty booze bottles....but then it will surprisingly a burn down because of the quality of people destroying all open areas.

Unfortunately, the City of Redding has realized the huge problem down there and just about anywhere you look in this area. As a community we tried for years to clean the area up. The woman may say that it is a big family there but the drug use is out of control, the crime on the neighbors is sad. They are home owners who pay taxes and seem to have less rights than the people squatting. Something must be done between now and when you (city of Redding) decide to populate the area with tourists. If this was private property the land owner would have so many fines. Please clean up this area. If these people want help to clean up their lives we should help them. if they don't, then move them along.
