Town of Pulaski and James Hardie Industries Complete $3.3 million Sewer Improvements
The Town of Pulaski and James Hardie Industries recently completed a public sewer improvement project that will increase system reliability well into the future. The project significantly increases capacity on more than 2-miles of sewer main and reduces the daily stress that is currently experienced across multiple pump stations. The project also improves system reliability for James Hardie Industries by allowing the plant to continue operations when the public system requires maintenance or repair.

NORFOLK, Va. — A 44-year-old man learned his sentence this week for his role in a deadly crash that left a young girl dead in Norfolk nearly two years ago. Larry Laquan Thompson was sentenced to one year in jail for driving while his license was revoked at the time of the incident. FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — On Thursday, the Boones Mill Police Department (BMPD) introduced the community to their newest member, K9 Officer Rex. Rex is a 22-month-old Belgian Malinois certified in patrol, tracking, and narcotics.
