IDENTIFIED: 2 dead in crash just outside Reedley

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. ( KSEE/ K GPE ) – The two men who died in a crash just outside of Reedley have been identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.

On June 29, CHP investigators say they responded to Englehart and Manning Avenues for a report of a two-vehicle collision.

When CHP arrived at the site of the crash they found that a Chevy Malibu with two passengers had failed to make a stop and subsequently was hit by a Ford F150 with three passengers.

The occupants of the Malibu suffered fatal injuries. They have been identified by officials as 25-year-old Angel Reyes of Dinuba and 36-year-old Andres Rivero Jr. of Reedley. They were traveling southbound on Englehart together, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.

This is an ongoing investigation.
