Construction On Georgia’s Largest Buc-ee’s Has Begun
After breaking ground in January, construction has finally begun on what will be Georgia’s biggest Buc-ee’s. The project, located off I-95 near Brunswick, is hard to miss if you’re traveling along the Georgia coast. According to Savannah Morning News, Buc-ee’s is currently building a 74,000 square-foot location with 120 fuel pumps, making it the largest location in the state. The new Brunswick location will surpass Georgia’s two other Buc-ee’s (in Fort Valley and Adairsville) by more than 20,000 square feet.

5th annual Back the Teacher Bash was a great success
Restoring the Breach, along with The Button, Pink Huddle, and the Youth Career Camp, recently held their 5th annual Back the Teacher Bash at the Outreach Center in Statesboro. All educators in the neighboring counties of Bulloch, Evans, and Candler were invited to attend. Teachers were able to stock up on school supplies and decor, along with brand new household items donated by the Walmart Distribution Center. LaShai Campbell, Co-Founder of Restoring the Breach, says the event went great with over 100 teachers in attendance. Overall input on the event was positive, with one attendee sharing, "I feel like the supplies will definitely help me as a fairly new teacher and it will help me to provide some supplies to students who may not be able to afford them." Campbell says, “I would love to honorably mention our sponsors: Walmart, Coca-Cola, Amerigroup, and Clemons Family Practice. Thank you so much for promoting us!”
