Veteran-owned drive-thru Starbucks coming to Dumfries
The Prince William County Board of County Supervisors on Tuesday unanimously approved a new drive-thru Starbucks, slated to be built at 17050 Richmond Highway in Dumfries. The business will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is located just south of the intersection of Richmond Highway and Pine Bluff Drive in Princeton Woods. The building will replace a Ruby Tuesday’s set to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.

The Fresh Market to Open Two Grocery Stores Totaling 56,000 Square Feet in Metro DC
Reston and Falls Church, Va. — The Fresh Market has announced plans to open stores as an anchor tenant within two mixed-use developments in metropolitan Washington, D.C. The grocer will occupy approximately 27,000 square feet of space at Reston Station, a mixed-use development in Reston by Comstock Cos.; and 29,000 square feet at West Falls, a 10-acre mixed-use development in Falls Church by Hoffman & Associates. Both new stores are expected to open within the next three years, with the West Falls store scheduled to open by mid-2026. The Fresh Market has two existing Virginia locations in Alexandria and Vienna.
